The Yoga Spirit has something special. Be Yogiste is a practice, which must be cultivated.


This is reinforced by the simplest way of life, live with open-minded.

Firstly, we must understand, what is yoga ?


To discover, who I am, through this art. Make fire emerge, which drives me to practice consciously and to share with others.




What is your human essence ?


Your essence is the synergy of your heart, your body and your mind.


In reality Women's Spirit is a great river of movements, which carries yoga and feminine spirituality in it.These are a form of freedom, and I sincerely believe that the innate sense of each person in life is to be free, as well as to cultivate the seeds of Joy and Happiness with awareness.


Indeed, we need Yoga to touch deeply our essence, capable to sent the present moment. This ritual, permit to create health, well-being and balance everyday of life. At each instant, you can touch the infinite joy in yourself. In fact, I have chose to enrich my happiness throught the yoga practice.


To live the present moment !


Be here and now, to live with skill.


The Yoga is about spirit. It is leading the mind to be present, focus and well. That’s, what the yoga, has to offer !


At this art, the meditation practice is linked to be conscious, through the breathing movement.

Thus we create, a spirit of balance and a body of ease. During the inhalation phase, one should feel that the whole body completely absorbs the vibrations of this breathing, each cell of the body. During the exhalation, it should be a return to silence and levitation.


Through each breath cycle, one can touch a source of lasting and pure Happiness.


Breathing Consciously is what I wish for all beings.
